Hi,

I'm once again experiencing an Internet outage. It's not the wifi as the Apple TV that is connected through an Ethernet cable also doesn't work.

A technician came last week and he even changed the Fizz modem/router and despite that, I am still losing Internet. Is there an issue on Network?

I'm living in Montreal Plateau near Laurier Park.

    Hello Laphroaig,

    Sorry to hear about the issue.
    It looks like the modem is online but we are not reading all the signals.

    Please test the modem in another power outlet - directly  in a power socket and not an extender and check if the issue persists.

    If it does, verify the cables for any damage ( coaxial and power cable ) and possibly factory reset the modem by following the details found here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-internet-service-not-working-what-do-i-do on point 7.

    Last but not least, if nothing helped - reach our customer service on chat for further investigations.
