Hello everyone,

Great news for our TV service—we’re so excited to share it with you! 🎉

Change your channels, your way
Starting last week, you now have the flexibility to modify the channels in your TV plan (5, 10, 20 channels). Yes, it’s really that easy! You can adjust your preferences as you like, as long as the total number of channels stays the same.

Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ In your Fizz account, go to My plans > Manage my plan > Modify my plan.
2️⃣ Make your new channel selection, ensuring the total number matches your current plan.
3️⃣ Confirm, and you’re done! 🎯

Friendly tip: Log out and back in to the Fizz TV app to see your new channels magically appear.

📌 Important note: Once added, each new channel must stay in your plan for at least 30 days. This gives you time to try it out and enjoy it! 😉

    That’s great news—thank you for sharing this update! The added flexibility to customize TV channels is definitely a welcome improvement, and it’s nice to see how simple the process is directly from the Fizz account.

    The reminder about logging out and back into the Fizz TV app is also very helpful, as well as the note about the 30-day minimum for new channels. This gives members a clear idea of what to expect and plenty of time to try their selections.
