Perks have an expiration date, they might have expired if not used.

I experienced the same thing this morning but when I relogged in, they are back. Try clearing your browsing history data before relogin; and open your browser in incognito mode.

I recommend clearing your cache and waiting a day or two and then logging in again. It may just be a bug that needs a bit of time to work itself out.

Same for me. Yesterday it shows 0 perk, but they come back when I login again today.

Had the same issue in a morning, when login again in the afternoon, perks all back.
