Many powers cycles
Four factory resets
Changed power outlet
Troubleshooting steps –Everything I tried; power cycle modem, download the app, are the lights on, did you try another outlet, can you change the cable
**Feb 23rd **
I get in contact with Fizz online support they schedule a tech to come out Feb 25th
Feb 25th
3pm Tech comes and inspects cabling from inside and outside. Remove splitters
Replaces CODA-4680 modem
7pm again intermittent connection
Power cycle and factory reset.
I get in contact with live chat
Repeated troubleshooting steps – power cycle modem, download the app, are the lights on, did you try another outlet, can you change the cable
Feb 26th
Connection intermittent
Power cycled at 7:30am, internet connection is stable
Connection drops 8:20am continuing issue

If modem is power-cycling by itself, then 99.9% it's defective. You should insist on replacing it again if it was already replaced. I had the same issue when I initially joined Fizz.
