Wallet not in my region

I can't put funds in my wallet due to my region. Am I blocked from Expert badge?

    The wallet is only available for Quebec

    Fizz wallet is also available in Ontario even though the FAQ says it is only available in Quebec.

    Hopefully Fizz will make the wallet available to all subscribers soon. It's a great tool if you don't make many calls or texts per month. And in fairness, Fizz should not bar folks from getting a badge just because of their geography.
