They closed my ticket, but I still can't access my account. Help.
I've been unable to access my account online since late November 2025. After repeated attempts to have the problem solved, and being told that it was fixed when it wasn't, they now have once again closed my ticket, but I still can't access my account. I just get a blank page. I can't even lodge a formal complaint or reopen the ticket, because you have to do that from your account page.
Due to a temporary problem with my credit card in December, Fizz ended up suspending and now canceling two of my phone lines. This is a big problem because we need those services. But I can't fix it because apparently I can only do it through accessing my account on the website. I am ready to drop Fizz and go to another mobile provider. But I can't even cancel my services because I don't have access to my account! What can I do?
