Proper list of available TV channels in my region

The list here https://fizz.ca/en/faq/television-list-channels seems only valid for some regions, as I cannot add multiple channels from this list to my account.

Is there a proper list somewhere that explain which channels are available in which regions?

    Hello bla_dee124,

    I wanted to follow up regarding the channel list on the Fizz website and why some channels cannot be added to your TV plan.

    The channel list published by us on our FAQ page is a general master list of all channels that may be offered across our service areas. However, it is not a region-specific list. Channel availability varies depending on your location, particularly for local and certain specialty channels.

    At this time, we did not publish a detailed breakdown showing exactly which channels are available in each region. Because of this, some channels displayed on the FAQ page may not be selectable when building or modifying your TV plan.

    The most accurate and up-to-date list of channels available to you is reflected directly:

    In your Fizz account when customizing your TV plan, and

    In the Fizz TV app’s channel guide.

    Those tools are region-specific and show only the channels available at your service address.

    In short, the FAQ page serves as a general reference, but your account and the TV app provide the definitive list for your area.
