Can not active any perk under my account

I got the same error code with others<CrmGatewayImpl#submitAndFetchOrder Response is null error> This is not an isolated case we've encountered. It might be a system level malfunction; the support ticket was submitted half a month ago, and the technical department hasn't responded yet.

    You can try to disable browser add-ons, clear cookies or use private browsing/incognito mode and see if that makes a difference.

    Clear your browser cache, try a private browsing mode, and disable your VPN if you are using one

    Hi, try with private browser but possible bug with Website.

    There was a global bug that @Whizz admitted to exist. Not sure when it will be fixed.

    Thanks for answering. I've tried everything, even customer service can't activate it, it's really strange.

    Thanks for answering. I try private, not working. I dont use vpn.
