    Love seeing how many have followed through and are still going! I on the other hand keep hitting dead ends and getting curve balls thrown my way left, right and center. Im not currently needing any shared data, just as much shared positivity as possible haha :)

    My approach is slow but steady. No good overwhelming yourself instead of being gradual and consistent.

    I absolutely nailed my resolution, I started a 60 days training session and completed the whole thing! I feel amazing !! So proud of myself :)

    Nice, I always feel good after a training session, but somehow I always forget and never manage to make it a permanent routine. Nice work 60 days is great!
