Discounts cannot be combined at Fizz. If you've had a discovery discount on your plan and you bought a phone at Fizz that comes with its own discount on your plan, one of the discounts will be terminated.

Are you talking about the discount to your existing plan that you are expecting because you bought a phone from Fizz that comes with a plan discount?
I did the same.
It was a bit mixed up at first. I was charged the full amount, then a credit back to my account and so on.
It was all correct after a while, so I would not be concerned just yet.
If you want confirmation about this, I suggest you open a support ticket (which is what I did). Someone will eventually get back to you and confirm that all is well or alternatively look into the issue and resolve it.
However, as noted by @MobileFizzer_VBMV6 discounts cannot combined. A new discount will replace the previous one.
