The modem is very easy to install and Fizz have a pay VIP installation if you need.

You are looking for an Internet installer.
Check if you are in the Fizz area; if so, you can order the modem.
Check if you have a socket or coaxial cable.

Follow the sign up process on their website, and when you put in your address it will tell you if they service your area for internet. If they do, then it will tell you when the availabilities are and if Thursday works or not.

If you setup WIFI by yourself, it's free for installation. Otherwise, you need pay for VIP service.

If you are looking on joining Fizz ( which we are happy to hear that you are considering us as a potential provider also ) to, go to your account in Overview - Add a Internet plan and add your address there.
Further in the subscription process, you will be able to check if the desired day is available for an appointment and the proceed further with the subscription process as shown here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-subscribe-to-fizz-home-internet
The delivery will happen in the day of the appointment and the installation is easy to follow as you can find the instructions manual in the modem box.
