Can I change my plan while keeping the discovery discount?
This might not be possible, but I am asking anyway.
Saw the $25 25 GB plan, my plan is $25 4 GB with 50% discovery discount. Since the plan is the same amount, can I change it to this plan?

You absolutely can, and the discount will follow you. I know because I did it and this FAQ from Fizz confirms it!

You keep your advantage all the time you keep the same plan. You can check regularly the offers to find one who would be better for you. I got that chance. I'm pretty sure this was asked and the discovery discount DOES apply to a plan change.
Try it, you can always cancel the plan change. It'll tell you the cost.

One question, Can I change my coverage to BC, does this mean I can still call nationwide even with BC coverage?1 -

No. You can only call from BC to BC if you have BC coverage and unlimited calls. And receive calls from anywhere in the world while in BC. Everything else will require add-ons. And add-ons to use within Canada are still quite pricy.
BC, I believe, also has no access to the Fizz wallet, so pay per use is also not an option. At least people keep saying that wallet is not available outside of Ontario & Québec.1 -

If the coverage is BC then you can only call within BC.

The other answers about calling outside of BC are correct, as confirmed in FAQs.
For a measly one dollar a month more, you consider adding the USA to your plan, even if you don’t plan to go anytime soon. If you ever do plan to go to the USA or need to make a call to there, this is a super cheap option, and for you, .50 cents a month until your discovery plan is over.
