Can I change my plan while keeping the discovery discount?

On my opinion it's not possible. You keep your advantage all the time you keep the same plan. You can check regularly the offers to find one who would be better for you. I got that chance. But for know we can ask your question to @Whizz or try contact support https://fizz.ca/en/support

I'm pretty sure this was asked and the discovery discount DOES apply to a plan change.
Try it, you can always cancel the plan change. It'll tell you the cost.
It is under manage plan..

No, I don't think you can call nationwide (unless you pay per use).

No. You can only call from BC to BC if you have BC coverage and unlimited calls. And receive calls from anywhere in the world while in BC. Everything else will require add-ons. And add-ons to use within Canada are still quite pricy.
BC, I believe, also has no access to the Fizz wallet, so pay per use is also not an option. At least people keep saying that wallet is not available outside of Ontario & Québec.
