Is OnePlus 13 or 15 purchased in Canada compatible with Fizz?

Considering to buy a new OnePlus 13 or 15 cellphone, but have concern about the compatibility. Does anyone know if I can use Fizz VoLTE?

    The Fizz certified list is pretty short,
    I don't see those phones on it, but that doesn't mean they won't work - only that they aren't officially guaranteed to be compatible by Fizz.

    I did check the list and knew OnePlus is not on the list... But I was just wondering if any other people currently using OnePlus 13 or 15, and want to hear from them to confirm the VoLTE compatibility, before I make the purchase.

    Hi, not officialy but with the update One Plus 13R works.

    We need the model for North America.

    This is a risk because, the compatibility is'nt official.

    Hello fidofido ,

    While the device itself is not on the compatible list - it can work with our network but it's not a 100% guarantee so we can`t really advise you to use that device.

    The list is growing and more models will be added however we don`t know exactly what models and when will that happen.
    In the meantime you can check our website for a possible phone that might suit your needs as they are compatible with our network on  https://fizz.ca/en/phones
