Fizz says there is no service interruptions

My power was restored this morning but my Fizz internet is still out. Any news on when when internet services will be restored ?

    Hello Choco ,

    I verified your Fizz account and it appears that there`s still a maintenance on the network grid in your area.
    While you still have power, the network hub that provides the service still has no power so that`s why the service is not working.

    At the moment , I can only advise you to wait and reboot the modem every few hours to check if the service has been restored ( unplug the modem from the power outlet for 2 minutes then plug it back as shown here : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-internet-service-not-working-what-do-i-do )

    While there is no estimation for the situation to be resolved, I count on your patience until this matter is addressed.
