Fizz has weak reception signal in the Waterloo and Kitchener region, can it be improved?
I live in the Waterloo region and I've found that Fizz's signal is very weak, , especially indoors, such as in apartments near windows or in school buildings, where there's barely any signal or 1-1.5 bars. Also, people sometimes can't get through to me on the phone.

I am sorry to hear that you have encountered this situation.
I have verified the account and I can confirm that you plan is active and your services are also functional.
In the situation you have described, I recommend to reboot (power cycle) your phone by holding down the phone’s start button for 10 seconds. Your phone may be connected to an antenna that is not in an optimal location for you to access the network.
I would also recommend resetting the network settings. Rest assured, this action does not delete person data from your phone, however, this operation will reset your WiFi settings, mobile data, Bluetooth, etc.
In order to do that, please follow the path based on your phone model:
Android: Settings → General management → Reset → Reset network settings
iPhone: Settings → General → Reset → Reset network settings

Go to your phone's cellular settings and look for Manual Network Selection. You should be able to use other carrier's network on a temporary basis (Fizz EXT) However, primary and continuous use of Fizz EXT for more than three months violates Fizz' Usage Terms.
