500 mb upgrade not being applied - why?
Hi - have been trying to apply my available 500 mb upgrade but for some strange reason it's not loading. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
Cut and pasting from rewards page - ******You earned an upgrade. You made it to level 2 and unlocked this upgrade. Apply it to your mobile plan and it’ll be ready to use every month as soon as your next payment cycle begins.******

wait for the next payment cycle to kick in? did you activate in the middle of month?

Thank you for describing your request to us.
I have verified your Fizz member account and I can see that the perk is available, however, since you have only one slot, you can only replace the 250 MB of data you already have.
To unlock another slot, you must level up to level 3.
If you want to replace the 250 MB upgrade with the 500 MB upgrade, you must log into your Fizz member account → My benefizz → My rewards → My upgrades → click/tap the 500 MB upgrade and click "Apply" → the 250 MB upgrade image will shake → click the 250 MB upgrade to replace it.

I was expecting some sort of confirmation. My plan renews in a few days and I'll check after it renews.
