Internet down intermittently for the past couple of hours

Similar to what Timtim reported, having internet down intermittently today. South shore of montreal.

Why was the previous subject closed so quickly?

    Unplug the modem from the power outlet for a few minutes and then plug it back in.
    If the problem persists, contact support so they can check if your signal meets the standards.

    Fizz support have now confirmed there is an issue on the network. It is not with my modem.
