I did have phone and added internet, but still don't see the internet discount. Does it show only on second bill or I need to activate it somewhere?

    Hello @mohammed F. #37852,
    If you are referring to the 2$ rebates that we offer to the Fizz member accounts that are willing to subscribe to our Home Internet plans as well, they are available in your Fizz member account → My benefizz → My rewards → click on the "+" sign and add the last $2 you didn't activate for your Home Internet plan.

    Hi, welcome to the forum. Do you mean the upgrade discount? That would be active on next billing cycle after applied to upgrades.

    Hi, at Fizz there are no service bundling discounts, but if you’re talking about the points system cards, make sure your cards are active. Up to 3 x $2 depending on the number of points. Active in the second month.

    You need to activate it yourself in the my benefizz > My rewards page of your account

    Yes, you need apply upgrade to your internet plan.
