how much time to transfer a number to fizz?

I submitted 2 hours ago, and showing nothing on progress, even the first step "Transfer request received" is not set yet.

    Hello Zhou,

    I am sorry to hear that you have encountered this situation.

    I’ve checked, and the transfer has not been initiated yet. The transfer needs to be started manually by going to My Plans > Manage Plan > Install eSIM and then clicking on Start Transfer. This may indicate that the eSIM was not installed properly or not enabled, which prevents the transfer from kicking off.

    Once the transfer is manually started, the text should be sent, and you should respond with YES. After that, we will inform you when the plan is ready to use, as detailed in the FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/install-and-activate-esim

    This process should take around 2 hours if there are no issues.
