I am sorry to hear about this situation.
I’ve verified the transactions from the last months of 2025, and all rewards are correctly reflected on the receipts. For visibility, the rebates appear in the Fizz account under My Settings > Transaction History, by selecting year 2025 and Internet Home Service transactions.
