My internet rewards are still active but they're no longer appearing on my bill?

From reading the forum I understand this is nothing to do with the start of new year, but does anyone else have any words of wisdom? Thanks

    I am sorry to hear about this situation.

    I’ve verified the transactions from the last months of 2025, and all rewards are correctly reflected on the receipts. For visibility, the rebates appear in the Fizz account under My Settings > Transaction History, by selecting year 2025 and Internet Home Service transactions.
