Great customer service
Good morning @Olive_Ref_V89H3
My costumer service with Fizz has been excellent, I was quite surprised yesterday when the chat got answered my question (albeit with lengthy answers) when switching from a sim to an eSIM on a new phone.
I like this forum, but I have no time for uncivil behaviour and am glad they deleted your posts. You are posting to their workplace, which like every workplace, deserves a respectful environment, including from the customers. If I was the Fizz manager, I would cancel your services for the way you have spoke to my employees, happily sending you off to one of my competitors to deal with.
Now as for “incompetence “ and “stupidity”, kindly explain why you are trying to send text messages to the Ohio area code of 614 when you are wanting to send messages to Australia with a country code of 61. Your phone may well be set up (not a Fizz problem) to prefix every number with +1, meaning your phone, not Fizz, will route the call to.
Try this format and let us know how,it goes.

Hi @Vasiok.
Which deleted post are you referring to?
I posted in relation to this post which is still there, but closed, meaning I could not reply to it.

TBH I wouldn't praise Fizz Customer Service, because they've failed many times unfortunately.

Having been with other online only providers I can honestly say that the best service I have experienced is with Fizz.
Having said that, you can't expect the same level of service that you would get from a brick and mortar provider. That would significantly increase the cost of the plans.

Glad to see Fizz improve their customer service.
