Daily data usage counter in January

I am also seeing 0 GB usage on one of my cards, starting Jan 01. This card is using about 300 kB every day, which was charged as 9 MB every day throughout 2025 but is now showing 0 MB since Jan 01.
My other card is not affected and is showing its first data usage for Jan 05, which is the first day in 2026 where it was back in the country. So, that seems right. On the other hand, it is showing 9 MB of usage for Dec 25 when it was definitely out of the country. How is that possible?
It seems Fizz' daily data counter is not entirely reflecting reality.

To help us investigate further, please check your device usage for the period in question. To check data usage on your device, go to Settings > Network & internet (or Connections) > Data usage, where you'll find a graph and list of apps consuming your mobile or Wi-Fi data, with options to set warnings and adjust billing cycles for accuracy.
If possible, send us screenshots of the device usage via Live Chat. This information will allow us to escalate the situation to our technical team for further investigation.
