Has anyone encountered the same error where the payment cannot be processed?
I contacted FIZZ, and they only told me that a dedicated team would email me. However, it has been two days and I still haven’t received any reply. My service is about to expire.

    Make sure the billing address and other payment details match the details listed with the issuer. If it still doesn't work you can contact support via chat

    Is this the first time your payment get payment error? Try to use other credit card to see if you get the same error or not.

    Yes, I contacted support again, but they only opened a ticket for me.Until now, there has been no progress on the ticket.
    My service has already expired, and I currently have no services available.

    Try to use other credit card, and call your bank to check your credit limit.
