I forgot my cusadmin password

To reset your forgotten Fizz cusadmin password, you'll need to factory reset your modem, as the cusadmin password is the same as your Wi-Fi password, and the only way to reset it if forgotten is to restore default settings using the physical reset button on the modem. After resetting (hold the button for 10 seconds), the default password will be on the sticker on the back or bottom of the modem, then you can reconfigure it.
If you never reset your password, you can as well use the password on the label that's pasted on the Fizz modem.

Once you proceed, the network name will become visible on your device, indicated by the label found on the back of the modem, accompanied by "Easy Connect."
To connect, simply click on the network name and enter the default password located on the back of the modem.
When you have successfully set up the modem, you will need to reconnect your devices using the updated network name and password.
