Hi, A phone purchased from Fizz will have the reward points added after the next payment.

Thank youWith Fizz, reward points for device purchases are not credited immediately. Even though you’ve received the receipt and tracking number, the points usually appear only after the return period has passed and the order is considered final.
A few things to keep in mind:
Points are typically added a few weeks after the phone is delivered, not at the time of purchase
If the device is still in transit or within the return window, the points will show as 0
Make sure the purchase was made while logged into your Fizz account, as points are linked to the account used at checkout
If the points still don’t appear after the return period, then it would be a good idea to contact Fizz support so they can check the order on their end.
