After verifying in our tools, we noticed that in the Fizz account linked with this email address there is no phone number transfer visible or any other plan.

In accordance with the details from here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/activation-how-do-i-transfer-my-current-phone-number-to-fizz in order for the phone number transfer to work, the line needs to be active at your current provider therefore if it is not, you will not be able to transfer it.
The alternative in this case, is to activate the plan with a random number.
