Not receive incoming call.
Since 2 days, our two phone number (Android samsung galaxy S20 and A14) with Fizz could not receive call. Outgoing calls are fine. We did check/perform all necessary basic factors, like check with support chatbot for videotron network, VoLTE compatibility, power off cycle, reset network, etc .... after a reset, it worked for the first few time and the problem came back. Note that incoming call failed all the time if wifi was connected. When disconnected, the incoming calls got successfully for 3 to 5 times then failed again. Anyone has the same problem? I m living in Quebec. Thanks in advance for any advice,

Based on what you’ve tried so far including VoLTE checks, power cycling, network resets, and verifying the network you’ve already covered all the basic troubleshooting steps.
To help move this forward, could you please contact us to provide the following: both affected phone numbers, phone models being used, approximate time the issue started, whether the problem happens in multiple locations or only at home.

I did but only with chatbot, could not wait for real agent . Post it in the forum to get faster solution probably ;-)
