My Rewards
I just went into My Rewards and I had another $2 reward for passing 6 years. I already have 2 x $2 and the last one on the right is a $1. I clicked on the reward and it then asked me to APPLY. Which I did, but nothing seemed to happen. How do I know if it has been applied or change will happen?

If you wait a few minutes then check again it should say "Pending activation" until your next billing cycle when it should change to active.

It depends on how many slots you have.

If you already filled in all your slots, you need swap it with your reward.

If you want to change the $1 upgrade that is already applied to your plan to the $2 upgrade that is available, you must select the $2 upgrade, press Apply, then select the $1 upgrade that need to be replaced, and confirm the change. The new upgrade will be applied to your plan come your next payment cycle.
