Hi, I am a new user and setup my account with 2 plans for myself and my daughter. She ran out of data so I gifted mine. She ran out of that so someone gifted me 1.5GB but that was added to my plan instead of hers. How can I request/get a data gift to her plan? I asked customer service to help transfer but they said it cant be done. Can someone help me with how to do this and with a data gift please? Thanks in advance!

    If data gifts are sent by the refferal code, by default they go to the first activated plan. To receive data gifts directly to the other number from your plan is only possible by the phone number, but it's not allowed on the forum. You can ask your friends or family to send the data gifts to your daughter's phone number.

    PS.
    It was a workaround, but not sure if it still works. You can disable the data for your number for one billing cycle. In this way data gifts will start going to your daughter's number. After one billing cycle you can enable back data for your number, data gifts should still go to your daughter's number. During these changes there is a risk that the price for your current plan can increase and you will have to pay the new price.

    Thanks @Andrei_ref_R7VK1 for your response. I dont see the option to disable data for my number in settings. Guess that option is not available any longer?

    I mean to update your plan to 0GB of data for one billing cycle.

    Thanks @Andrei_ref_R7VK1 Would that change only impact from the next cycle or would it then allow for data gift to go to the other plan right away?

    Im not entirely sure if this is possible, but logically it should. Another option is to accept data gifts from your referral code, which will then become YOUR data, and then you can manually gift YOUR data to your daughters phone number, add them to "My Crew".

    Correct, starting with the next billing cycle. It was working for me around 2 years ago. Not sure if it still works. There is a small risk, but it is worth a try I think.
