It usually takes a few hours, make sure you reply to the porting request sms confirmation within time limit. If it doesn't resolve after a while you can contact customer support via online chat to inquire.

How long has it been?
It can take a few hours before the number ports.If you have received the text asking to authorize your transfer and answered yes, you should be good in a few more hours.
If you haven't received the text asking to authorize your transfer, then you'll likely have to contact support

I verified your account and it looks like the transfer was not started from your side but the issue is remedied and now the transfer has been confirmed and completed.
