1 Year Dinosaur badges not being activated automatically?

I'm supposed to have the 1 year dinosaur badge activated since 27 september of 2025 and it's still not activated... I had the same issue with the 6 months badge in the past.

I tried to contact the support bot since that's what a fizz worker replied to someone else, on this forum, with the same issue, but it's useless and keeps sending me links to ''rollover data'' which isn't what I need at all.

Can anyone unlock my dino badges please? :(

    That's pretty common, I see a lot of posts mentioning the same issue and had it myself. Only customer support can help with that, I'm afraid.

    Not sure what is happening, but lastly there are many users complaining about the badges which are not unlock automatically.

    @Whizz could you please escalate this?

    Ya it's seem to be very common. I just got my 6 month one the other day and I have been here over a year. Just can't be bothered to contact support about it. One day I get around to contacting them about my 1 year one that I should have.

    Very common, I have it myself, waiting for 2 year badge before contacting support

    Well, you can essentially wait with contacting support for manual badge activation until such time the awarded badge points will push you onto the next Fizz reward level you care about. This way you minimize time spent on this for both yourself and Fizz. Still, I wish, they would just fix this, this has been a problem for this entire year and I don't know for much longer before that.
