Internet went out and nothing works

My home internet suddenly went out when I was in the middle of work. Attempting to use live chat and it tells me the team is not online since 1am. I tried replugging the power and checking the coaxial cable and there were no issues with both. The download light is still constantly blinking.

    I am sorry to hear about the situation encountered.

    I made the necessary verifications in our tools and I can see that your modem is currently online with optimal signals. 

    However, I can see that it was offline for a short period earlier. If you still encounter issues please restart your modem again by unplugging the power cord for a few seconds.

    Also, I am sorry for the long duration to receive a reply on our chat. At the moment we are dealing with a large number of requests. If the issue persists, please contact us again on chat and wait a bit longer until someone replies.
