Trying to port out to Telus

I am trying to port out my number but Telus said the numbers are locked. Wondering where in the portal allow me to mark it unlocked?

    Sometimes providers lock the port out option. You should reach out to your current provider to check it out

    I don't think there's an option for that online. You'll need to contact their customer support for that.

    Contact your previous supplier for an explanation regarding this situation.

    have you confirm with old SIM the transfert ?
