Why is this the worst provider
Internet problems/ hotspot problems have to waste time searching for why my hotspot doesn't work?? Apn settings that i have to waste my time with, apn settings that do not work, have to waste more time with, is it even the solution, why does every other provider automatically change the correct settings but fizz makes you tackle your own tech problems, goddamn this provider sucks. That's only one of the issues.

I am sorry to hear about the issues encountered.
I want to inform you that the APN settings are normally configured automatically when you add a Fizz SIM card/eSIM to your phone. However, in some cases it can be necessary to reconfigure these settings.
If you are encountering issues with your mobile data you can send the APN configurations directly from your Fizz account to your phone. You will have to follow these steps: My plans → Manage plan → Advanced parameters → Fizz network parameters → Resend me the notifications
