Tourist badge and points not awarded after two weeks

Hi @Whizz
I got through to the chat bot from “my settings”.
The chat bot suggested I post my issue in the here in the forum as I had gone through all the suggested steps.
I bought two travel add-ons over two weeks ago and have not been awarded the Tourist badge or associated points.
No rush at all, but I would appreciate resolution.
The travel add-ons for data worked very well!

    Hi! The only way to fix badge is to ask support https://fizz.ca/en/support
