What do you mean by "going to end"?

Unless you sent an unsubscribe request, your plan should be active.
If you unsubscribed and changed your mind, you can always reactivate your plan by following the guide:

Fizz plans don't expire unless you
- unsubscribe
- let your payment method expire
- ask another carrier to port your number
- ask Fizz to move you to a different plan at the start of the next billing cycle
You can cancel an unsubscribe request on the Fizz website. Payment method can be updated in time. And moving to a different Fizz plan will not change your eligibility for the Black Friday perks.

i was hoping to extend the promotion plan but seems no way per chatting with agent, so i've to subscribe another new plan soon if i can find a good one again......0 -
If you are anywhere but Québec, you can activate a new Fizz plan. They are currently offering the discount again for another six months on new activations. Even for existing customers, but only on new activations. And your Black Friday perks should transfer over as long as you stay in the same Fizz account.

You can't extend the promotion plan, but you can change to a cheap plan.

Thank you for your post.
As the other users already informed you, for the moment, there is no possibility to extend the current offer.
From what we can see in our tools, you are currently having the " Discovery Discount" applied to your mobile plan.
To see exactly how many months are left, you can access My plans option from your account.
In case you wish to have a better plan, you can always request a plan change by accessing My plans- Manage plans- Change my plan and those will be effective at the starting of next payment cycle.
