Need some help with data - didn't receive 4×10GB Black Friday offer

Hi friends! I didn’t receive the 4×10GB November 2025 Black Friday offer. Has anyone else had the same issue?

Also… if anyone could gift me some data, I’d really appreciate it! :)

    Verifying your account, you have subscribed on November 3rd, 2:10 AM.

    In order to receive the 4 perks of 10 Gb each the condition you should have subscribed until November 2nd 11:59:59 p.m.

    For any given week's gift, the account must be active at 11:59:59 p.m. (Eastern Time, ET) on the Sunday preceding said week.

    Hi Simona,
    I activated my account on November 2nd (Pacific Time, BC). A Fizz agent assured me the bonus was coming a few weeks ago, but I still haven’t received anything. This is quite disappointing.

    Verifying further, your plan was activated on November 3rd at 2:10:02 AM. You have also received an email confirmation at that time.
    We are sorry for the inconvenience, as you did not activated until November 2nd, between 11:59:59 p.m. (Eastern Time, ET) the offer does not apply for that week.
