How to activate or deactivate service?

Hi, can anyone please help? I just joined Fizz, but it won't let me activate/transfer my number. It's just stuck on loading forever even though I activated my e-sim. I can't even get to a customer service person...

    Hello Johnknee 

    Thank you for letting us know about this situation.

    I investigated your account and I can see that your phone number transfer was just confirmed a few minutes ago. From this point, the transfer can take about 2 hours to be completed.

    You should receive a notification once your Fizz plan is activated. Please make sure to restart your phone after.
