Fizz EXT doesn't work in my phone even though with full signal (Richmond Hill ON)
Anyone knows why? Do I need to specific settings to use fizz EXT (I do have network data and roaming enabled in my phone)?

Verifying your account, the plan is active and functional.
Please proceed with a restart of your phone an network reset too.
Make sure that the APN of your phone is correctly configured:
Fizz APN settings are:APN: mobile.bm
MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm
MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobile.bm
MMS port: 80
APN type: default,mms,supl

Check what APN you have active on your phone. Some phones show two profiles, Fizz (mobile.bm) and Vidéotron (media.ng). Last time I checked, media.ng would not work on the EXT networks, only mobile.bm would.
