Fizz EXT doesn't work in my phone even though with full signal (Richmond Hill ON)

Just switched to Fizz for a couple of days fro Fido. Unfortunately the signal at my home (Richmond Hill of GTA) is so bad and with 0 bar signal most of time. I noticed sometime my phone would automatically switch to "Fizz EXT", and with full signal. However, I could NOT access internet with that. It shows no network connected when I opened any website. Voice calls are OK.

Anyone knows why? Do I need to specific settings to use fizz EXT (I do have network data and roaming enabled in my phone)?

    Please proceed with a restart of your phone an network reset too.
    Make sure that the APN of your phone is correctly configured:
    Fizz APN settings are:

    APN: mobile.bm
    MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm
    MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobile.bm
    MMS port: 80
    APN type: default,mms,supl

    Check what APN you have active on your phone. Some phones show two profiles, Fizz (mobile.bm) and Vidéotron (media.ng). Last time I checked, media.ng would not work on the EXT networks, only mobile.bm would.
