I’m trying to join Fizz but I can’t complete my mobile plan purchase. I get stuck on the payment page and it won’t let me continue.
Does anyone know why I can’t join or how I can fix this?
I would really appreciate your help.

    How exactly are you getting stuck? Page not loading? Payment declined?

    You should try another browser, private mode, clearing cookies. If those doesn't work you can contact support via chat.
