Referral bonuses disappeared

I've been with Fizz since September. When I was porting in, I used my friend's referral code ($25), then I referred my partner ($25), and after some time, I had two more referrals (2 x $40).
Today, when I logged in to my account, I can only see the $50 bonus (2x$25) but no 2x$40 bonus - despite that my count of referrals in my account shows the number "3" (three referrals) - my partner and two more (see above).
Did anyone here have a similar mystery?

    They updated the interface, and it has bugs, hopefully they will fix it soon

    It’s probably because of the new update, contact support and put a claim.

    Verifying your account, you have received a total of $50 and used $12.50 on the last receipt. You have available now $37.50.
    Also, 2 referral bonuses of $40 are pending, they will be received on December 2nd.
    The 3rd $40 referral bonus is cancelled, this is because your friend cancelled his plan before receiving the bonus.
    You are able to see this under your account, My benefizz, My crew, Referral bonuses.
