    I just checked and I haven't received anything. If we are existing customers, we automatically receive the rewards, right? If so, maybe I just need to ne more patient. But why didn't I receive the rewards for November 2 and 3?

    The perks are distributed _after_ their respective ''sign up by'' date , correct? Between a Tuesday and Thursday? It's slightly confusing and I'm trying to see if I need to open a support case or not

    Does anyone know if the $100 iPhone discount is a rebate/subsidy or a straight up discount? Will you have to pay back a prorated fee if you cancel before 24 uninterrupted months?

    The 24h unlimited data perks have shown up. I'm disappointed, they're set to expire on Friday, I was hoping they'd be there for at least a month or two so we could use them when useful, but they way it looks you might as well use them immediately one after the other, since they're expiring so soon anyway.

    I actually don't see any expiration dates on any of my perks anymore. It seems, Fizz has changed this on the website and you don't get to know when your perks expire anymore. Other than a red warning label that "some of your perks are about to expire". Yeah, that's really helpful Fizz if you don't tell me which ones are due to expire...

    Expiry dates are back on mine. Guess, it was a bug then and not intentional.

    My three 24-hr unlimited data perks all expire in 15 hours though. Guess I can have 3x unlimited all at the same time then...I wonder if my phone explodes with 3 times unlimited data... :smiley:

    I still cannot see any expiration date, only the warning that some perks are about to expire.

    Guess, 90 days became not even 90 hours. Not sure when I got mine, but even if it was Tuesday right after midnight, the earliest they said perks would appear in any given week, that's only 78 hours...

    You need to refresh the page to see the number of days remaining before expiry.

    Expiry dates are back on mines as well and the 24-hr unlimited data Perks all expire in 23 hours (Friday morning).

    From the legal notes:

    Looks like the 24h unlimited data issue was fixed! I just saw 3 new 24h perks appear in my account, each expiring in 89 DAYS this time. This was obviously an error on Fizz's part, and they decide to fix it by just re-releasing the perks with the full time on them. So now we get another day of unlimited data AND the 3 perks to use when we need them as was promised. Thanks Fizz!

    If you don't see the new perks yet don't despair, they don't appear on all accounts at the same time, give it a day or two.

    I didn't saw any expiration date either when a looked yesterday. I was expecting them to be valid for a reasonable amount of time.

    Fortunately, Fizz fixed the issue rapidly and I didn't lose anything :-)

    I have 2 mobile plans in my Fizz account and I have enabled an "old" perk on each of them this morning after realizing they were about to expire. Yet, the newer perks are still available in my account.

    I don't know why you assumed this but I can confirm it's not the case. I used all 3 of the short-lived one and all 3 of the proper ones are still there in my account waiting to be used whenever I feel like it. I don't think it matters at this point since the short ones are probably all expired now, but it still means we got what we were promised.

    When you see so many display issues on your plan pages and waste multiple hours to discuss with agents to fix your new plan, and the plan issue is still unresolved, you will understand.
