Fizz might release 5G soon

Since today's website update when you go to mobile plan you now see 4G next to Data
If you refresh the page you will briefly see a tab that say 5G then it disappears

    Here is a picture with the 5G showing...

    Apparently, you will be able yo choose whether you want LTE-only or 5G network. See the tab above.

    TBH though, I'd rather they make IPv6 available... :)

    I would like 5G for lower latency, but I don’t care much about higher speed

    They should offer 5G at the current 4G price and lower the 4G price, I know I’m dreaming.

    Yeah, looks like, they gonna have different price plans for 4G and 5G.

    IPV6 won't change much for mobile

    Same I don’t see advantage of it on mobile, but 5G have a lot of advantage

    Not really, it's just faster web but for Website only it doesn't change much

    unless you torrent on 5G or what ever its not super changeful

    Yes , 5G is blinking for a second and disappearing.

    BTW, an easy workaround to reach IPv6 web servers from an Apple device is to enable "Private relay" from the iCloud+ settings.

    At this moment, Fizz does not provide 5G technology.
