RCS Chat No Longer Working

I switched to Fizz today from another provider and since switching, my RCS in Google Messaging App doesn't work. It's been saying the same thing all day. How do I get it working again? I've made sure the google messaging app is up to date, I've made sure I had no phone system updates pending, I've restarted my phone. What am I missing? I never had this issue with my last provider.
