How to be able to use internet only on my phone while in Portugal?
I will be in Portugal for 8 days and I will mostly use wifi when available but I wanted to be able to access internet when I'm unable to find any wifi. I received a gift of "1 Go that can be used in multiple countries". If I click on it, what next? will I have to enable roaming on my phone for it to work? If so, I just want to make sure that I'm not going to be using data at extra $$$...

Yes data roaming has to be enabled in order to use data outside of main network.
If you don't have any funds preloaded in your wallet you won't be charged for any usage even if roaming is enabled, when your data runs out you won't be able to use it anymore.1 -

Please note that you received a travel add-on for 1 GB of data in your Benefizz - Perks section.
To apply the perk go to your account in My benefizz - Click the Perks - scroll down a bit and you will see the 1 GB Data in several countries option and you will see the list of countries where the add-on is available ( free of charge )
Portugal is available to use and if you need more Data, you can buy more extra Data from your Fizz account via My plans - Manage - Travel.
