If my wife has to get a new e Sim does she loose her rollover data?
Will she loose her badges and achievements and rollover data?

Only if she starts a new plan on a new account. Perks and badges are linked to account.
Rollover data is tied to a specific plan and number and expires after 2 billing cycles.0

No as it’s link to the account not the sim

Hello Pookiebaby,
As the other users already informed you, if the new eSIM will be linked with the same plan, she will not loose the rollover, data or any other bonuses.
The plan details and options will remain the same even though a new eSIM will be installed.
In order to change it, she can access from the Fizz account, My plans- Manage plans- Change my SIM card and then select the eSIM option.
After that, the code needs to be installed in 30 minutes.
Here are more details regarding the subject: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-can-i-change-sim-associated-my-mobile-plan
Have a great day.
