Still get error when trying to gift data

I saw a few posts about this same issue but thought it was fixed for most people. are you still having issues gifting data today?

I did manage gift once after relogging to account but that hasn't worked again.

    Had a few errors earlier but now I get this one consistently.

    I'm getting the same error message; it should only give you 512 MB.
