lost post/plan doesn't support call

I made a post from my phone and it has disappeared.

It was about trying to call a store from the Tim Hortons app.
The number was +xxxxxxxxxx but I got an error saying my plan can't call that number.
I think the number should be +1xxxxxxxxxx.
It is probably all the numbers in the app.
I would like to know if other people think it is missing a 1.

It's funny, I saw a notification about your previous post, but when I clicked on it, it said "Discussion Not Found".

If it is a 10-digit number, either add the "1" like you said or drop the + sign.

The + automatically replaces the respective country's international access code. Thus, in Canada, it replaces 011. So, you either have to dial the "1" which lands you back in Canada/US/Mexico, or you have to drop the "+" in which case you just dial a national number.

Ok thanks but what does it have to do with fizz ?

It’s Tim Horton you need to contact if 5e number is wrong or missing a number

    Hello bjlockie,
If you’re having trouble placing a call, please try adding +1 before the number (for example, change +XXXXXXXXXX to +1XXXXXXXXXX) — this should allow the call to go through successfully.
If the issue persists please try and visit this FAQ https://fizz.ca/en/faq/I-cant-make-any-calls-on-my-phone-why
